When you request a quote, contact us, or send us a copy of your utility bill, we may collect your name, mailing address, phone number (including mobile number), email address, current utility provider, average monthly bill amount, preferred time to be contacted, and any documents or photos you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

prepare and deliver a solar, roofing, LED, or energy storage quote you requested
contact you by phone, text message, or email about your quote or project
schedule and confirm appointments and installations
provide customer service and respond to your questions
send you promotional offers and information about our services, where you have consented to receive them
comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements
improve our website and our services

3. SMS and Text Messaging

Our forms carry two separate consent checkboxes, one for marketing messages and one for transactional messages. Both are optional and neither is pre-checked. If you check a box and provide your mobile number, or text us first, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages of that type from Pro Energy Savers at the number you provided, including messages sent using an autodialer. Marketing messages are promotional offers and savings updates. Transactional messages are quote follow-ups, appointment reminders and installation updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can consent to one type without the other.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, for example our customer relationship management platform, messaging provider, scheduling tools, and installation partners, solely so they can perform those services for us and only to the extent needed to do so.
Financing and utility programs. Where you have asked us to arrange financing or enroll you in a utility incentive program, with the lender, utility, or program administrator you asked us to work with.

With your consent. Any other sharing you direct or authorize.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party under any of the circumstances above.

Phone calls. Ask us to place you on our internal Do Not Call list.

Opting out of promotional messages does not stop service messages about a project already underway.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to sites we do not operate, such as utility or manufacturer pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
